Candidates must possess at least 7 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of success selling to enterprise customers in the Ohio Valley region. Experience selling technical SaaS solutions to technical stakeholders such as CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and DevOps is required, as is the ability to prospect for outbound leads, build customer demand, and nurture inbound leads. Familiarity with relevant regional IT channel partners and Tech Alliances in the Ohio Valley region, along with experience building new territories from scratch and generating customer demand, are also necessary. A successful track record of achieving quarterly goals, metrics, and objectives is essential.
The Strategic Account Executive will prospect and drive demand for Tines solutions within the Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana territory, guiding customers through the sales cycle and collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include demonstrating the value of the Tines automation platform, managing multiple customer opportunities, and closing complex transactions. The role involves working closely with channel/tech alliances, uncovering use cases with internal resources, supplementing lead flow from Business Development Representatives, and partnering with the Solutions Engineering team. Collaboration across various Tines business functions to ensure a world-class customer experience, building strong business plans for account growth, developing repeatable strategies for new logo acquisition, and providing feedback to product and go-to-market teams are also key duties.
