Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in infrastructure technology sales and a proven track record of consistently achieving goals in competitive environments. Fluency in both written and spoken English and French is mandatory, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships virtually and in person. Experience with open-source technology and Salesforce is considered a significant advantage.
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new opportunities within existing customers to expand Grafana usage across a South EMEA territory. They will manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, product demonstrations, and negotiations, while meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals. The role involves managing sales forecasts, tracking customer data in Salesforce, creating quotes, processing orders, and handling day-to-day customer requests.
