Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure technology sales, with a proven track record of consistent goal achievement in competitive environments. Fluency in both written and spoken English and French is required. Familiarity with open-source technology, experience with Salesforce, and knowledge of Command of the Message and MEDDPICC are considered advantageous.
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and growing existing business within a South EMEA territory, identifying and closing opportunities with current customers. This role involves managing forecasts, tracking customer data, and understanding customer needs to articulate product value. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, understanding and conveying the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce, and handling quote creation, order processing, and customer requests.
