Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of SaaS experience in Big Data, Analytics, Mobile, or MarTech sectors. Proven success working with Enterprise customers across the DACH region is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to use data to tell a compelling story, are required. Experience building a vertical or new business is necessary. Native German fluency is also a requirement.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for creating new opportunities within the upper mid-market and enterprise segments by prospecting and networking, focusing on acquiring new logos in the DACH region. This role involves becoming an expert on Amplitude's product, conducting discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations. The executive will also attempt new sales methods, effectively sell Amplitude's value to key stakeholders, and navigate complex sales cycles. Responsibilities include leading territory building initiatives in the Southern DACH region through partnerships and networking, collaborating with team members, sharing best practices, and maintaining a quantitative and strategic approach to territory planning. Accurate forecasting and exceeding quarterly and annual targets are key duties.
