Description: Dataiku is seeking an experienced Account Executive to cover the Central region. This role focuses on engaging prospects and customers about their data and AI initiatives, leveraging the Dataiku platform to help them develop more efficient approaches. The Account Executive is responsible for the entire sales cycle and will collaborate with various teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering. This is a newly added position due to business expansion and represents an opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in software field sales.
  • Sales Philosophy: Strong belief in a customer-centric selling philosophy and applying a consultative approach.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large Enterprises.
  • Vision Alignment: Strong ability to develop a vision match with prospects and customers, fostering alignment and cultivating champions.
  • Competitive Positioning: Good articulation of competitive positioning.
  • Travel: Comfortable traveling 30-50%.
  • Desired Skills: Experience in ‘data’ – big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration.
  • Bonus: Early start-up experience.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering teams.

  • Develop a vision match with prospects and customers.
