Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of closing sales experience, preferably within SaaS and performance marketing/martech
  • Network in-market to support success in the role
  • Ability to reach and develop relationships with decision-makers within the SEA market and key verticals
  • Prior experience driving sales and business development activities
  • Understanding of the digital ecosystem landscape and relationships
  • Track record of success in carrying quarterly quotas and building and maintaining pipelines to achieve it
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Experience in bringing innovative/market-defining products to market within a competitive landscape
  • Ability to collaborate across internal teams to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Contributor to team culture
  • Ability to travel if needed

  • Build and grow assigned territory while benefiting from the support of Marketing and Channels
  • Achieving or exceeding individual quota bringing in new clients to Impact.com
  • Manage multi-threaded sales cycles engaging end users through to C-level executives and building the value of the product
  • Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects
  • Manage pipeline, deal flow, and forecasting with vigor and accuracy
  • Creating ‘irrational love’ amongst customers
