Candidates must have a BA/BS degree and 10+ years of field sales experience, preferably in data or cloud technology. A minimum of 5 years focused on generating new business within tier 1 Banking accounts is required. Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships is essential, along with experience hitting a quota of $1M+ of ARR per year and averaging 8+ face-to-face meetings per week. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement, along with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
The Enterprise Account Executive will achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy and marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team. They will act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their IT roadmap, manage the sales process and opportunity closure, and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions. Ongoing account management will be required to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.
