Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure technology sales and a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement, ideally as a top 10% performer. Experience using Salesforce and excellent communication skills across all channels are essential. Familiarity with open-source technology and experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC are considered advantageous.
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business across Canada, identifying and nurturing opportunities with new customers. They will manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations. Responsibilities also include cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, understanding and conveying the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce, and handling quote creation, order processing, and customer requests.
