Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales, a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer), and an energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious team player attitude. Adaptability and experience in high-velocity technology companies are required, along with familiarity with open source technology and experience using Salesforce. Excellent communication skills in all channels, including in-person, online, and in writing, and the ability to form strong working relationships are also necessary, as is experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business across Canada, identifying and nurturing opportunities with new customers, managing forecasts and customer data, cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, articulating the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, becoming an expert in managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce, and managing quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests. They will also meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals, conduct product demos and proofs of concept, and negotiate proposals.
