Position Overview

EvenUp is a rapidly growing generative AI startup dedicated to leveling the playing field for personal injury victims. Our innovative products assist law firms in achieving faster settlements, higher payouts, and improved outcomes for those in need. We are seeking a motivated Account Executive in New York City, NY, to refine and execute our sales playbook from lead generation through to closing. This role is ideal for an individual who is proactive, eager to own their pipeline and results, and committed to getting hands-on. EvenUp is invested in the professional development and enablement of its sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting, including approximately 30 cold calls daily, aiming to generate 3 self-sourced meetings per week.
  • Spend 1-3 days per week meeting prospects in person to build relationships and demonstrate product value.
  • Travel to events and conferences to engage with key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
  • Maintain consistent communication with cross-functional team members.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading an end-to-end sales process, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Team player with a competitive spirit.
  • Commitment to data hygiene and effective utilization of available tools and resources.
