Candidates should possess at least 6 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota, and experience selling to Enterprise organizations. Experience in SDR/AE management, Sandler, MEDDPICC, or Challenger methodologies is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities are essential. Previous experience as an early AE at a startup or selling to sales leaders in a fast-paced SaaS environment is considered a bonus.
The Full-Cycle Account Executive will run discovery calls, align key stakeholders, and close deals to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include sourcing pipeline, building processes for manual top-down outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion. The role involves evangelizing the product, personally closing large deals, and collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to provide full visibility into the sales pipeline.
