Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying new potential customers. In the US alone, there are approximately 750,000 SDR/BDRs working in companies like Airtable, Brex, and Databricks.

We are seeking an early Enterprise Account Executive to help build our growing Enterprise sales team. This role involves executing and refining our sales playbook from lead generation to closing. You should be comfortable with hands-on prospecting and will be instrumental in closing deals and improving our Enterprise sales strategy.
We offer competitive compensation relative to the market. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $260k ($130k base / $130k variable). In addition to OTE, we offer equity, generous perks, and comprehensive benefits.
