Retool currently serves a diverse customer base, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. The company is expanding its EMEA presence and seeking Account Executives to help prospects and customers build internal tools quickly.
The company has experienced significant growth and is scaling its global teams, particularly in EMEA. They are seeking Account Executives to own deals from start to finish, manage multiple deals concurrently, navigate complex organizational structures, and address customer pain points by demonstrating the value and impact of Retool. Responsibilities include defining the ideal customer profile in EMEA, unlocking new market opportunities, and collaborating with Sales Engineers to close deals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable running point on key deals, managing a book of business, and building a playbook for future team members. They need to be adept at engaging with engineers (the buyers) and navigating technical discussions.
