The ideal candidate will be comfortable running point on key deals, managing a book of business, and building a playbook for future team members. They need to be adept at engaging with engineers (the buyers) and navigating technical discussions.
Account Executives will own deals from start to finish, manage multiple deals concurrently, navigate complex organizational structures, address customer pain points and demonstrate Retool’s value, define the ideal customer profile in EMEA, unlock whitespace for the company in a new market, and collaborate with Sales Engineers to win deals.
