Requirements

Candidates must have 3-5 years of enterprise technology sales experience and a proven track record of closing $1M ARR new business deals against a $2M+ annual quota. A strong application SaaS sales background, superior negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience with both large and small companies, particularly early-stage startups, is highly desired. Prior experience selling Workforce Management (WFM) or Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions is strongly preferred, as is experience selling within the Retail, Hospitality, Distribution, Warehouse, and Healthcare industries.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will source, develop, and close net new revenue within a named account territory of enterprise prospect accounts in North America. This includes developing a go-to-market sales strategy, understanding client needs, building relationships with decision-makers, and participating in closing strategic opportunities. The role involves playing a critical part in business planning, working cross-functionally with sales leaders, marketing, and product teams to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities also include developing granular account-level strategies, leveraging industry expertise to build an executive-level pipeline, leading deals through the entire sales lifecycle, crafting compelling business justifications and ROI, and maintaining accurate data in Salesforce CRM.
