Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 6 years of field sales experience, with a preference for supply chain and retail/grocery related technology, and 3+ years of experience focused on generating new business within enterprise accounts (Fortune 100 Companies). They should have a history of understanding customer pain points, strategic initiatives, and mapping solutions to meet those needs, as well as experience in executive-level relationship management.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, the individual will serve as the key quarterback for customer interactions, prioritizations, new opportunities, business reviews, and negotiations, while also managing ongoing account satisfaction and driving additional revenue streams. They will establish themselves as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their roadmap and ensuring Afresh is a key component, developing marketing plans with the marketing team to drive awareness and revenue growth, running Executive and CxO discussions and quarterly business reviews, and operating with autonomy in a fast-paced start-up environment. The role also includes prospecting qualification, the development of new sales opportunities, running full sales processes, and negotiation and closure, all while achieving sales quotas for allocated accounts and territories.
