Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5+ years of direct B2B selling experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills
  • Ability to represent Pattern in a polished and professional manner to existing and potential clients
  • Strong work ethic and self-discipline

Responsibilities

  • Find sales opportunities and follow up on leads in a timely manner
  • Build relationships, understand customer trends, and close the sales process with a signed contract
  • Hit quarterly and annual targets to increase revenue
  • Research and understand the prospective client’s business goals, objectives, and challenges
  • Explain product offering to product brands in categories like automotive aftermarket, apparel, health and wellness, outdoor, and identify high-growth brands to engage with
  • Research relevant stakeholders usually in marketing, sales, or ecommerce roles and identify value propositions
  • Active involvement in the implementation of each new partner to ensure a quick and complete realization of revenue
  • Accountable for developing a geographic work plan which will result in a pipeline of opportunities
  • Actively participate in the preparation and execution of sales plans, events, and campaigns
