Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years of experience selling to employers, health plans, or benefit sales
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience maintaining large, active pipeline and high volume sales
  • Ability to close a sale, having the communication skills, credibility, and authority to handle each client from lead generation through contract execution

Responsibilities

  • Building, nurturing, and closing opportunities with employer buyers in Omada’s High Velocity (Small and Medium Business) market segment
  • Working with internal Omadans and external stakeholders to activate existing Omada Alliances (i.e. Health Plans and PBMs) in ways that lead to “High Velocity” sales
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization and supported
  • Securing new business through channel sales
  • Being a key part of high-performing sales teams
  • Understanding of national/regional health plan design and aligning with internal stakeholders to develop sound go-to-market strategies and territory plans
  • New Business Sales - Focused on Small & medium Business, working to exceed targets on a consistent basis and accurately forecast sales outcomes on a regular and ongoing basis
  • Alliance Partner Business Development - Establishment of key relationships for High Velocity sales enablement. This also includes relationship mapping and execution to influential field employees at Alliance Partners, including but not limited to Health Plans, PBMs, and Benefit Consultants
  • Execute lead-generation-to-close with customers; expediting time to value by strategically aligning with appropriate channel partners
  • Deliver precise and accurate sales forecasts to commercial operations and sales leadership
  • Business planning and development of assigned territory
  • Provide prospect and client feedback to drive ongoing product innovation; field-level competitive intelligence gathering; trends impacting payers
