Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in subscription and/or research sales in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of not only meeting, but exceeding sales goals
  • Experience selling into large enterprises, negotiating contracts with sophisticated procurement teams, and liaising with senior executives across business functions such as strategy, sales, marketing, and data/analytics
  • Experience selling a new product or service
  • Successfully introduced a complex product to new customers
  • Team player motivated by the company’s success, not just your own
  • Excited about the integration of data into strategic decision making
  • High EQ, sensitive to clients’ needs, and able to quickly develop warm client relationships
  • Resourceful, resilient, with strong oral and written communication skills, including great questioning skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and excited to help build a new business from the ground up
  • Love solving ambiguous problems and willing to persevere through the highs and lows of creating something new

Responsibilities

  • Act as a main growth driver to position YipitData's must-have products and close on targeted opportunities
  • Effectively manage the whole sales process from beginning to end
  • Prospect for and qualify new leads
  • Identify prospects
  • Create advocates for our products
  • Constantly assist prospects in finding answers to their key questions by collaborating closely with our teams
  • Note: This is a 100% hunting role
