Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with executive stakeholders across your assigned global law firm accounts
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding each client’s firm-wide initiatives and aligning our solutions to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to identify whitespace, cross-sell opportunities, and expand Litera’s impact across departments, regions, and practices
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, legal, and customer success to deliver a seamless client experience and drive value realization
  • Navigate and influence complex decision-making environments with multiple stakeholders across different geographies and business units
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce and internal planning tools
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, influencing product strategy and innovation through field insights and feedback
