Requirements

Candidates must be self-directed, highly motivated, and experienced professionals with strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. They should be exceptional multitaskers, capable of managing moving deadlines, gauging risks, and creatively resolving issues. Experience in identifying growth areas, evaluating best practices, and presenting solutions is essential. A deep understanding of SailPoint's SaaS and/or Software delivery models is also required.

Responsibilities

The Engagement Manager will manage tactical project management duties and sales efforts for SailPoint solution deliveries, including engagement scoping, client communication, internal team management, and escalation support. Responsibilities include ensuring services are provided, implemented correctly, and billed accurately, partnering cross-functionally during the sales process, owning services portions of deals, and serving as a client point of contact for issues. They will manage project financials, align staffing with project requirements, perform end-to-end project management, create and maintain project documentation, provide strategic client performance updates to management, and work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure client success. Additionally, they will identify opportunities for expanding product and services usage and assist direct reports in their professional growth.
