Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience with API-based solutions, including integration, troubleshooting, and support. Familiarity with web-based and mobile integrations, HTML, XML, JSON, and Javascript is required, along with the ability to map and transform client data. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience, is necessary. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Client Services Manager will act as the technical subject matter expert for PayNearMe's solutions, supporting sales, account management, and merchant support during merchant onboarding. This role involves leading technical integrations, configuring solutions, and providing ongoing technical support to ensure merchant success. Responsibilities include conducting data integration, platform configuration, and business process mapping, as well as collaborating with Product Management to influence solution design and contributing to the product roadmap. The manager will also provide technical support for new product adoption or expanded implementations and develop code for reusable tasks to streamline engineering work.
