They will act as a trusted partner to software sales teams, scoping and positioning services as a value-added component of the overall solution. Responsibilities include identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, developing strategic account plans for services, and structuring customer-aligned deals. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their challenges and translating these into value-driven services proposals, handling objections, and ensuring seamless handoffs between pre-sales and post-sales teams.
