Requirements

Candidates must be highly motivated, strategic, and deeply consultative with a proven track record in sales leadership. Responsibilities

The Services Sales Director will drive revenue growth by selling professional services, including onboarding, training, and custom packages, to both new and existing customers. They will act as a trusted partner to software sales teams, scoping and positioning services as a value-added component of the overall solution. Responsibilities include identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, developing strategic account plans for services, and structuring customer-aligned deals. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their challenges and translating these into value-driven services proposals, handling objections, and ensuring seamless handoffs between pre-sales and post-sales teams.
