Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in Elixir or Erlang, and a strong background in building large-scale, distributed systems. A solid understanding of concurrency, fault tolerance, and event-driven architectures is essential, along with familiarity with cloud services like AWS or GCP and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes. Experience managing small, agile engineering teams and strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences are also required.
