Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a similar GTM enablement/training function at a large organization, or 5+ years of related experience in management consulting. A minimum of 3 years in a quota-carrying B2B sales or account management role with a proven track record of success is required. Knowledge of B2B Sales is essential, and experience in health insurance is strongly preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required, with Masters or other advanced degrees considered a plus. Candidates must be willing to tackle ambiguous problems, roll up their sleeves to ensure company success, have experience in a rapidly evolving startup environment, and be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

The Enablement Director will lead comprehensive enablement, change-management, and ever-boarding programs for Sales and Account Management teams to drive revenue and customer success. Responsibilities include developing and managing onboarding, training, and certification programs for new initiatives, product launches, and tools. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on training content, managing content across various repositories, and defining and tracking KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
