About the Role

We are seeking an Enablement Director to lead sales training and enablement initiatives. This role is crucial for equipping our Sales and Account Management teams with the necessary messaging, tools, and processes to drive revenue and ensure customer success. The Enablement Director will report to the Vice President of Commercial Operations and this position is fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive enablement, change-management, and ever-boarding programs for Sales and Account Management teams, focusing on minimizing disruption while driving organizational progress.
  • Develop change management, rollout, training, and certification/QA programs for new initiatives, including product launches, new tool introductions, and other strategic priorities.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for Sales and Account Management teams, encompassing pre-recorded content, live education sessions, and live certification.
  • Collaborate with Sales/Account Management leadership, marketing, product, and operations teams to align on the design and rollout of training programs related to messaging, workflows, and tools.
  • Manage content and collateral across the Learning Management System (LMS), Google Drive, and other repositories.
  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of enablement initiatives, such as rep ramp time and individual win rates, in alignment with broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a similar Go-To-Market (GTM) enablement/training function within a large organization, OR 5+ years of related experience in management consulting.
  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales or account management role with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of B2B Sales is required.
  • Experience in health insurance is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is required; Master's or other advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Willingness to dive in and solve problems in ambiguous or unclear situations, with a focus on simplification and clarity.
  • Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success.
  • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
  • A desire to be part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system.
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America, as Garner does not currently engage in immigration sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range: $228,000 - $252,000

Individual compensation will depend on various factors including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
