The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Sales or CS Enablement, Sales or CS roles (SDR, account executive, CSM, etc.), Sales or CS leadership, Sales or CS strategy, or a similar role. Experience working across multiple international markets, strong project management skills, and a solid understanding of methodologies, sales processes, customer lifecycles, and revenue tech stacks are required. Demonstrated ability to influence others, navigate ambiguity, problem-solve with root cause identification, and communicate complex concepts into digestible training content are essential. A collaborative working style, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and exemplary organizational skills are also necessary.
The Commercial GTM Enablement Manager will partner with North America Commercial Account Executives and Account Managers to execute strategic enablement priorities. This role involves uncovering business needs and designing programs/training, analyzing key metrics to identify gaps and define relevant enablement programs, and collaborating with a global enablement team on various deliverables. Responsibilities include leading training facilitation for core programs, events, and other prioritized enablement initiatives, and creating a strong feedback loop to continuously improve programs and processes.
