Candidates should have 5-7+ years of related experience, with 2+ years of team management experience if applicable. Solid sales skills and developed sales expertise in the target scope are required, along with a deep understanding of the market landscape, products, and processes. Key competencies include relationship building, active listening, information seeking, influence and persuasion, negotiation, composure and resiliency, organizational savvy, and business acumen.
The Sales Executive will drive sales and renewals for existing accounts, secure a sales pipeline, develop new revenue opportunities, and maintain customer relationships. Responsibilities include developing a solid understanding of the customer's industry and business, partnering with Customer Success teams on account plans, collecting and acting on customer feedback, expanding the customer network to identify new budget holders, and escalating product needs and trends. The role also involves collaborating with and enhancing the skills of team members.
