Strong virtual and front-of-room facilitation skills

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the strategy, execution, content creation, and delivery of training programs for Product & Basis Customer Experience (BCE) teams
Prioritize training efforts to align with business goals
Manage all training programs, projects, and events
Select appropriate instructional methods
Partner with leadership to align programming with knowledge and skills needs
Partner with the Platform Enablement Council to deliver timely enablement on new features
Identify learning objectives and needs for onboarding
Collaborate with other E+D Business Enablement team members
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
Develop and maintain training materials
Foster an “enablement” focused culture
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Product & BCE teams
