Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Knowledge Management will lead the strategy and implementation of a unified knowledge base for internal and customer-facing information, starting with Sales and Care documentation. This role involves managing and optimizing the knowledge base platform for accessibility, accuracy, and usefulness. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing style guides, templates, taxonomy, and governance frameworks, and partnering with cross-functional teams to identify content gaps and implement update processes. The manager will establish feedback loops, define and track knowledge metrics for continuous improvement, and build a knowledge ecosystem that supports future automation and technology advancements.
