Requirements

Candidates should possess a solid foundation in culinary skills and customer service skills, with a minimum of 5 years of kitchen or retail management experience and at least 2 years of multi-unit experience managing 4 or more locations. A proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets is required, along with a willingness to travel to Orange County and San Diego County up to 50% of the work week, and a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

The District Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens/locations, partner with the Regional Director to hire, coach, and develop Kitchen Managers and other staff, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance with Kitchen Managers. They will also analyze financial performance with Kitchen Managers and provide recommendations for improvement, analyze customer reviews to assist kitchens with service standards, and maintain high company standards through monitoring and coaching operational procedures.
