The Senior District Manager is responsible for planning and directing the visual and operational execution of their assigned district to positively affect sales and profitability. Responsibilities include providing coaching to Store Managers, performing store visits, developing cross-functional relationships, assisting with recruitment and hiring, reviewing operational reports, and supporting new store openings or remodels.
