Requirements

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in software/automation engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing delivery teams. Expertise in GenAI/agentic systems, enterprise automation (RPA/low-code), and modern SDLC practices including cloud-native development, CI/CD, IaC, and automated testing is required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is necessary, with bonus qualifications including Lean Six Sigma, Agile certifications, cloud or RPA certifications, experience with enterprise copilots, and global shared services leadership.

Responsibilities

The Director, Smart Automation Delivery will lead the Smart Automation & Delivery organization, driving the roadmap for AI-driven operational excellence and promoting the evolution from traditional RPA to agentic workflows. Responsibilities include building and scaling AI-powered systems, championing engineering excellence through modern SDLC practices, partnering with Global CoEs, Legal, Compliance, and Security for governance, measuring ROI and outcomes, and leading and growing a global talent team by coaching, mentoring, and up-skilling them in GenAI/agentic and automation disciplines.
