Responsibilities

This includes owning project plans, governance, and stewardships, organizing regular client meetings, and ensuring contractual compliance and financial management. The role involves hiring and developing a team, forecasting staffing levels, providing day-to-day guidance, assisting with product strategy rollouts, driving efficiency through standard operating procedures and automation, and coordinating business strategy with various internal teams. Additionally, the Director will assist in sales and marketing efforts and consistently reflect company core values in all interactions.
