The Director, Sales Strategy and Operations will co-manage Voleon’s Investor Relations and Client Research teams, providing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities. They will set ambitious growth and client relationship goals, develop structured sales and relationship management processes, monitor progress, and enforce accountability. Additionally, they will work with senior leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and improve overall business development, ultimately enhancing Voleon’s leading position in quantitative finance.
