Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience owning and optimizing complex programs or processes in a fast-paced, tech-enabled business, with a track record of delivering measurable business results, particularly in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments. Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of SQL and the ability to run queries, are required, along with a bias for action and iterative improvement, creativity, and scrappiness, and the ability to operate with both a high-level and detailed perspective. Responsibilities

The Strategy and Operations Lead, Dojo Tutor will own and continuously improve strategy and operations for the Tutor business, accountable for key performance metrics, and will lead projects from identification through execution, including setting strategy, running tests, and iterating based on results. They will partner cross-functionally to align operational improvements with broader business goals, mentor other strategists and operators, and focus on areas such as Tutor Acquisition, Session Experience, and driving efficiency gains, quality improvement, and business growth through strategic process improvements.
