The Director, Sales Operations will serve as a strategic business partner to Global Sales & Sales Operations leadership, focusing on data-driven decision making, process optimization, and strategic planning to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include providing strategic guidance and insights to drive sales performance, developing and executing initiatives to accelerate revenue growth, leading data-driven decision making processes, and championing operational excellence across the sales organization. The role also involves defining, tracking, and optimizing sales metrics, monitoring pipeline health, developing performance dashboards, leading quarterly business reviews, implementing data-driven performance improvement initiatives, developing and refining scalable sales processes, streamlining deal execution, optimizing sales methodologies, designing and implementing operational best practices, leading continuous improvement initiatives, designing and implementing territory coverage models, leading quota and headcount planning, aligning resource allocation with market opportunity, developing compensation plans and incentive structures, creating territory optimization strategies, and partnering with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to drive alignment on revenue operations, lead pipeline and forecast management processes, and support go-to-market strategy execution.
