Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of combined experience in enablement, product management, product marketing, GTM strategy, Pre-sales, or Post-sales. A deep understanding of sales methodologies like Command of the Message and MEDDICC is required, along with proven ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and influence senior stakeholders with data-backed insights. Experience with conversation intelligence tools such as Gong, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams, and the ability to design and implement new selling motions for complex technology companies are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare or mental health industries and a strong understanding of behavioral health and employee benefits.

Responsibilities

The Revenue Enablement Lead will be responsible for building commercial acumen by designing and executing enablement programs that translate strategic priorities into scalable field activation. This role involves leading the development and execution of enablement programs aligned with strategic revenue initiatives, conducting root-cause analysis of performance gaps, and designing targeted interventions to drive measurable outcomes. The Lead will develop role-specific content for sales processes, operationalize and reinforce enablement best practices, and partner with Sales Managers to coach and upskill their teams using data-driven insights.
