The Director of People Strategy & Enablement will architect a high-performance remote work environment, lead teams across People Solutions, Organizational Effectiveness, and Communications, and shape strategies to empower leaders, engage employees, and drive business objectives. They will design and execute an internal communications strategy, act as an advisor to the leadership team to build effective units, and translate business goals into actionable people strategies. Additionally, they will spearhead employee experience programs, including DEI initiatives and coaching, to foster a collaborative and inclusive remote-first environment.
