The Director, People Enablement will own the end-to-end People Enablement strategy, including vision, program design, execution, and scaling. This role involves leading and refining company-wide onboarding, building and delivering manager development programs, and creating leadership development pathways. Responsibilities also include selecting and managing learning platforms, tracking program effectiveness, and collaborating with People Partners to align initiatives with business priorities. The Director will also build, lead, and inspire a team to deliver high-quality enablement programs.
