Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or HR
  • Strong project management and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and calibration
  • Support succession planning efforts by maintaining talent profiles and facilitating talent reviews
  • Maintain, report and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in execution of organization wide talent initiatives such as early career development programs
  • Collaborate on initiatives that enhance employee experience, recognition, and retention
  • Support internal communications related to talent programs and culture-building efforts
  • Administer Talent communication tools such as email campaigns and intranet sites
  • Maintain dashboards and reports on talent metrics (e.g., mobility, retention, development participation)
  • Use data to inform decisions and measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives
