Requirements

Responsibilities

As an Account Director, you will lead educational initiatives such as lunch-and-learns and strategic business reviews to provide clients with valuable insights and demonstrate the full potential of Later’s offerings. You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers, act as a trusted advisor, drive proactive engagement, monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and present regular reports demonstrating client value. Furthermore, you will work closely with sales to nurture and grow relationships, develop tailored success plans, identify new opportunities for growth, and serve as the main point of contact for clients across various stages of their relationship with Later, while collaborating with internal teams to gather market insights and client feedback.
