Requirements

Candidates must possess 8+ years of experience in On-Premise sales, ideally within the beverage or consumer goods sector. A strong network of relationships with key stakeholders in National On-Premise customers and distributors is essential. Proven success in driving sales growth, achieving targets, and managing strategic business initiatives is required, along with excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The ability to develop and execute sales presentations, strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven approach, and advanced knowledge of syndicated data for selling stories are necessary. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to travel up to 75% for market visits, conferences, and business development activities are also required.

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will implement national On-Premise strategy, identify and cultivate relationships with National Accounts to grow distribution and sales, and collaborate with internal and external partners for seamless execution of business strategies. Responsibilities include monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities, developing and negotiating contracts, managing P&L reporting, and ensuring accurate forecasting. The role involves building key customer relationships, enhancing market presence, driving profitable sales growth, and supporting field initiatives through travel.
