Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Insights, ideally within the FMCG sector, specifically the C-store channel. They must demonstrate a proven ability to anticipate trends and provide strategic insights, coupled with advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Furthermore, experience working with syndicated data sources like IRI, Nielsen, SPINS, and Circana, alongside retailer POS tools, is essential.

Responsibilities

The Director of Sales Insights & Analytics will proactively monitor internal and external sales data to anticipate market shifts and customer behavior trends, delivering insights that shape sales strategy and drive commercial decision-making. They will own the development of high-impact dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders, analyze sell-in and sell-through trends, and lead sales forecasting models. This role involves partnering directly with the CSO and CEO to deliver strategic insights, simplifying complex data into actionable narratives, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to connect performance, customer behavior, and product mix. Finally, they will identify relevant industry trends and emerging market opportunities, generating trade-ready insights and supporting go-to-market decisions.
