Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or related fields, with proven experience analyzing user funnels, cohorts, retention, and product usage. Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data warehouses and BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mixpanel are essential, as is experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimental design. Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with cross-functional partners is expected, and prior experience in an operations-heavy platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Director of Product Analytics will develop and execute the product analytics strategy, own key product metrics, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. They will conduct deep dive analyses to explain user behavior, collaborate with Product and Engineering to define and track success metrics for new features, and design and evaluate A/B tests. Additionally, they will build dashboards and reporting to make data accessible and actionable, develop clear data definitions and documentation, and partner with cross-functional teams to foster data-informed decision-making.
