Vannevar Labs is seeking a motivated problem solver to join our team and help us be the technology backbone for strategic competition against peer adversaries. Our mission-critical work supports intelligence, information operations, and special activities, ensuring success in today's complex geopolitical landscape. Since 2019, we have grown significantly, supporting all US service branches, multiple combatant commands, partner nations, and interagency stakeholders. We deploy both hardware and software products to support personnel on the front lines, spanning collection, planning/assessments, and effects. Our growth has been substantial, from $3M in run-rate revenue in 2021 to $80M today, achieving profitability in 2022 and securing $91M in venture capital funding through Series B, with a valuation of $1.5B as of 2025.

About the Role

This role focuses on driving the adoption and expansion of our technology within Department of Defense (DoD) mission groups. You will be instrumental in identifying needs, building partnerships, and ensuring the successful implementation and scaling of our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop Mission Engagements: Identify DoD mission groups that require our technology and cultivate partnerships to drive the deployment of our software in support of their missions.
• Scope and Implement Pilots: Collaborate with mission groups to define the scope of pilot engagements and guide them through their internal processes to implement these pilots.
• Expand Successful Pilots: Convert the tangible outcomes generated from pilots, in partnership with our mission success team and the mission group, into a shared roadmap for expanding the pilot into a sustained capability.

What You'll Do

• Get our software into the hands of mission users who need it by identifying mission groups with problems our technology can solve and enabling them to understand the technology's value.
• Work hands-on with our partners to help them navigate complex organizational, contracting, and budget pathways to implement a pilot or project.
• Enable senior-level visibility within the DoD on mission wins generated through our pilots and projects, and develop a shared roadmap with our partners for converting these mission wins into larger-scale projects.

What We're Looking For

• A motivated problem solver who takes ownership, acts with urgency, and is comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive on challenges and are persistent.
• A mission domain expert with experience as an Intelligence Community staffer. You possess a deep understanding of our partners' organizational constructs and challenges from firsthand experience.
• U.S. Persons status is required. A current U.S. DoD Top Secret-level clearance is mandatory, as this position will necessitate access to U.S.-only data systems.
