Candidates should possess an active Top Secret security clearance issued by the United States and legal residence within the United States, along with a keen understanding of government intelligence and/or cyber operations developed through prior experience in defense, law enforcement, intelligence, or cyber operations. A proven track record in government sales, acquisitions, or interagency experience is required, as well as a proven track record in Software Sales with an interest in Vulnerability Management and Cyber Threat Intelligence.
As a Sales Director - FNSS, the individual will generate new pipeline and close SaaS and service deals within the Defense community, focusing on Flashpoint National Security Solutions (FNSS) for the DoD. They will work closely with channel partners, Value Added Resellers, and System Integrators to drive sales, cultivate long-term relationships through customer-centric solution-based sales approaches, and effectively communicate across all levels of an organization. The role involves collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues to deliver positive customer experiences, acting as a self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work with little oversight, negotiating complex Software solutions and service deals with procurement teams, utilizing CRM platforms and sales tools, and making the best use of available resources. Furthermore, the Sales Director will be responsible for driving Flashpoint’s brand and solutions through their professional network, completing sales training, generating new pipeline, and ultimately closing new or upsell business deals.
Cybersecurity intelligence solutions and services
