Candidates should possess at least 6 years of experience in Logistics Planning, Inventory Planning, or related Analytics or Technology roles, requiring a college degree and an MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain Management being preferred. Cross-border experience is also desired, along with strong analytic skills utilizing advanced statistical functions in Excel and the ability to source and organize disparate data for operational use.
The Head of Network Forecasting will be responsible for creating and managing forecasts at all key supply chain nodes, partnering with the global logistics team to share forecasts and troubleshoot variances weekly, performing analytics to improve KPI performance and increase supply chain efficiency, presenting forecasts and strategies to executives, and potentially managing a team. They will also focus on optimizing fulfillment logic, order affinity, and inventory positioning, and collaborating with internal and external partners to maximize opportunities and minimize risks.
