Proven success in driving monetization strategies that yield measurable results, strong cross-functional leadership, and excellent communication skills are essential. A deep understanding of SaaS metrics, various pricing models, buyer psychology, and experience developing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product marketing, product management, and revenue teams are required.
This role is responsible for developing and executing Restaurant365's pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness. Key duties include owning and evolving the end-to-end monetization strategy, establishing pricing governance processes, and influencing C-level stakeholders with data-driven insights. Responsibilities also encompass developing scalable packaging frameworks, optimizing monetization models, partnering with cross-functional teams like Product, Finance, Sales, Rev Ops, and Customer Success, leading internal rollouts of pricing changes, and conducting market intelligence and competitive benchmarking. Additionally, the role involves designing and running pricing experiments, developing performance tracking dashboards, and utilizing advanced analytics to inform ongoing pricing strategy and monitor success against KPIs.
