Job Description: Sales Leader

Position Overview

  • Brief Description: Candid Health is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader with enterprise healthcare tech experience to lead a team of Account Executives and drive business growth. This is a high-impact role with direct alignment to the Head of Sales and CEO, responsible for team KPIs, strategic deal execution, and supporting hiring initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in selling medical billing or working with CFOs, Revenue Cycle Leaders, or Billing Managers.
  • Enjoy helping Account Executives develop strategy and execute on prospect meetings for high-value deals.
  • (Bonus) Experience in a healthcare startup ecosystem or adaptive growth-oriented role.
  • Ability to work closely with key cross-functional leaders to secure resources and support for strategic deals.
  • Low-ego, focused on outcomes, and embodying operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and be accountable for team KPIs.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to Account Executives to ensure they meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Act as the first escalation point and product SME during strategic deal execution.
  • Work closely with other key stakeholders at Candid, including the Head of Sales and CEO, to navigate internal teams and leaders.
  • Partner with Recruiting in support of hiring initiatives.
