Candidates must have a minimum of two years in a technical position, ideally with software engineering principles, and prior experience or familiarity with the HealthTech industry. A strong understanding of basic web technologies, Web APIs, relational databases, and SQL is required. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Ruby, Go, JavaScript, Rust, Elixir, Java, C, or C++ is necessary. The role also demands strong communication, empathy, patience, a proactive approach, and the ability to operate autonomously, meet deadlines, and remain resilient under pressure. Remote work is required in Washington, California, or Oregon.
The Solutions Engineer will autonomously drive technical evaluation, implementation, and integration for West Coast clients, acting as the primary technical point of contact. Responsibilities include conducting technical evaluations, preparing and executing implementation/integration plans with EHR and other tools, and providing support for edge installation and configuration. The role involves providing level 2 technical support to resolve incidents and collaborating closely with product specialists and account managers to ensure customer success. Additionally, the engineer will work with product and tech teams on transverse projects like automation tools, monitoring, and alerting.
