Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in RevOps, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, preferably at a high-growth SaaS startup. Proven experience building the RevOps function from the ground up and supporting companies through significant scaling phases (e.g., $10M to $100M+ ARR) is required. Expertise with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms, along with strong technical skills and an analytical mindset, are essential. Bonus qualifications include being a current Replit user, experience in an AI startup, or implementing AI tools. Experience with HubSpot is also a plus.
The Director of RevOps will lead the end-to-end revenue operations, architecting and optimizing the revenue engine during a hyper-growth phase. This role involves executing complex technical implementations and driving strategic systems to scale Go-To-Market operations. Responsibilities include collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to optimize the revenue process, building complex GTM systems for lead routing, pipeline processes, and commission plans, and analyzing conversion rates, sales velocity, and customer acquisition costs. The Director will also build reporting for real-time revenue performance visibility and own the RevOps tech stack, integrating various tools into HubSpot.
