Requirements

The ideal candidate has proven experience in Product Marketing, including managing and mentoring a team. Experience in healthcare and/or workplace benefits is required, along with a strong background in B2B marketing and collaboration with Enablement teams. Exceptional communication, editing, and strategic thinking skills are essential, as is the ability to set and measure goals, lead complex projects, and influence stakeholders. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset is also necessary.

Responsibilities

This role involves leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Product Marketing Managers, serving as a key editor for messaging, and owning core product messaging and positioning. The Director will drive organizational efforts around culture and values, establish and track OKRs for the Product Marketing team, and lead cross-functional projects with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Responsibilities also include setting and refining the Product Marketing strategy, sharing team accomplishments with leadership, partnering on headcount planning and budget, championing change, building cross-departmental relationships, and developing frameworks for cross-functional alignment. The Director will contribute to the broader marketing strategy to ensure competitiveness in domestic and international markets.
